DBF Link Breaks After Reopening MDB

I have an MDB that has to link to a DBF that is found on C:\ MAJ1ACT.DBF of
each users machine. If I delete the link and create it again the app runs
fine. But as soon as the app is closed and reopened I get a message that
Access can't find C:\MAJ1ACT#DBF. Does anyone have an idea of what is going
on?
