Daylight Savings Problem

I just realized that I entered my entire calendar without setting my
computer's clock to adjust for daylight savings time. When I tell the
computer to adjust for daylight savings time, it moves all of my calendar
items up by an hour. Is there anyway to reset the time zone without having
the calendar items move?
