I have two months in the top right corner when I am in
calendar but I have a coworker who only has 1 month
displaying. How does she get 2 months to show?

Are they displaying side by side or one under the other? If side by side,
have your co-worker grab the left boundary until a double arrow appears.
Then drag to the left until you have a second month showing. If underneath,
follow the same directions but start under the month to get the double
arrows.
