Dates - can they be dynamic?

Hello.
I need to do a project plan in Excel.
What is the best way to automatically slide date values if dependant project
dates change (slide)?

Make one date dependant on the other........ie: if yu have your master
date
in A1, then in B1 you could have =A1+7 and it would return a date one week
later than that in A1.....if you put in C1 either =A1+14, or =B1+7, then
C1
qould return a date two weeks after that in A1, etc etc.......change A1
and
they all change purpotionally
