Datedif With only Working hours

I want to make a query that will give me the difference between a
Checkin time and a Receiving time (for Po's arriving on location
compared to when they are put in the computer system)

I want it to give the elapsed time, but to only calculate the hours
that were between 8am and 6pm...


I know it can be done with an advanced DateDiff function, but i cant
quite wrap my brain around it... Any help? thanks thanks thanks.
