how to set the yesterday date and tomorrow date in sell by using formula?
 
=today()-1
=today()+1

Format it to your required format

=TODAY()-1 and =TODAY() + 1
Of course, when you open the file tomorrow they will display new dates.

To enter today's date as a constant use CTRL+; (this will not update)
