Date Table

I have 4 text files that I link into my Access database (Week 1, Week 2, Week
3, Week 4). The Week 1 text file includes totals for the entire quarter while
weeks 2, 3, & 4 includes data only for the last weeks of the quarter. I
wanted to separate the data for week 1 for the last month and all of the
quarter's data by having it look to a date table. Can anybody help with this
formula.

Access has very powerful date handling functions, so a table is probably not
necessary. If you could be more specific about the business rules for
selection the data and what is in the data, perhaps we can offer a solution.

The data has layaway numbers for the quarter, broken down by transaction,
division, along with other fields. So because the week 1 text file includes
quarter numbers, I wanted to be able to input a parameter that says if its
quarter 2, bring back data that includes the date range 051309 - 080809.

The date range you specified is not a normal calendar quarter. What are your
quaters based on? Quarter 2 would normally be 4/1 - 6/30
