Date stamp on spreadhseets opened, but not modifed.

Jumbo Shrimps Jr.

Several user are opening spreadsheets, viewing the
contents, and closing them without saving.
The modified date on the spreadsheeet is changed,
even though the spreadsheet was not modified.
Doesn't happen on my PC, and nobody has the
Autosave Add-on enabled.
Is there some kind of background save going on,
and how to you stop it?
