Date Input Mask - inconsistent displayed value

I have two databases. Both have forms containing a date control and both
controls use the same input mask 99/99/0000;0;_
Both bound tables have a date column defined as Date/Time.
However, on one form if I enter 1/1/1967, I get displayed 1/1/1967,
on the other form I get displayed 1 /1 /1967
Any idea why this happens?

You need to check the formats, that is what controls your display.

Also check regional setting of the machines.
