Date Functions

I need some help with a few formulas. First, I have
created a speadsheet that will calculate an employee's
healthcare rates based on their age. However, when the
employee turns 30 or 40 or 50, the rate increases. So, I
did a formula in excel where I input the employee's
birthdate, and using the =year() function, Excel displays
their current age.... this works great.

Next step, is to do another formula that will compare the
person's Birthday Month (=MONTH()), with the current month
and then list their name at the bottom of my excel sheet.
Here is where I have a problem. I can do the formula that
will display their name if they are having a birthday in
this month. However, if the person in cell A4 is having a
birthday, the person in A5 is not, and the person in A6
is... I will have spaces in my list. In other words, I
need to figure out a formula that will list the birthdays
at the bottom of the sheet, without any spaces in the list.

Example:

Today's Date: 10/30/2003

A B C
1 Joe Brown 01/01/1970 33
2 Sue Black 10/12/1977 26
3 Tom Green 02/18/1980 23
4 Tami White 10/01/1961 42
..
..
..
8 Month Birthdays:
9 Sue Black
10 Tami White
