Date format

In previous windows versions the date format is registered
in the win.ini file, in XP which is the file that contains
this format?
 
If you want to change the Date format go to Control panel and click on the
Regional and Language Icon. In the regional and language options click the
Customise button and then, in the next window click the Date tab. You can
change the format from there.
