Date format question

I'm a new user of Outlook and am having a bit of difficulty with a small
problem. I live in the Pacific NW, but need to have my calendar format as
d/m/y verses the standard US m/d/y. I've got it right on my Pocket PC, but
can't seem to find a setting to change it in Outlook. Any help in being
able to change the calendar/date format would be greatly appreciated.

The date format is being controlled by the Operating System;
Control Panel-> Regional and Language Options...
