Date Fields

Hello,

Could someone briefly explain how I go about inserting a field, in a form
for the date to be recorded. When you click into the field, I want a small
calender to open up so you can click on the date you would like into
entered, rather than having to type it in yourself.

I have added a field called mailshot date' in my table and formatted it to
be a date field. But I have to enter the date manually into the mask it
provides. I'm sure i've seen this on other DB's.

There's a Calendar control: see Insert... ActiveX Control... Calendar
10.00 (or whatever version you have) in form design view.
