Entering date/time in a field.

Can I use a small calender application to enter date in a date field by
clicking it if it could be access by clicking a tab on the form.
 
I've never had a Calendar control on a tab page, but I would think it should
work just fine. Controls that are located on Tab pages are considered by
Access to be the same as controls located on the Main form.
