Hi, i want to manage privilege for changing date and time
from control pannel date/time tool in my network. How can
be be give proper access rights or policy from the group
policy so that some perticular users couldn't change the
date and time as they required? from which tool could we
manage this policy?

If this is an AD environment, then I would not do this, as time is important
in AD environment. Rather setup authoritative time server on your network

But if you must do this, then you can do this trough GPO, by setting
Security Policy. This policy (Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Local
Policies/User Rights Assignment/Change System Time) must be applied on
computer accounts.
