Date and Time change Tracking via Registry

I am looking for the registry key which tracks which user last changed the
date on a system.

Thanks in advance.
 
In order to track who changed the date on the system, you must have auditing
turned on, in which case, the event will show up in the security event log.
You can turn on auditing in the group policy console (start.. run..
gpedit.msc)
