Datasheet font under Options - No fonts

D

Dirk

Hello,

I am using Access 2002 and I am unable to specify a font
on the Datasheet tab in the Tools, Options dialog box.
When I click on the font pull-down list, no fonts are
listed. No matter what I do, nothing shows up. I noticed
this quirky problem in Access 2000 a couple years ago.

How can I get the fonts displayed so that I may specify a
font for new datasheets?

Sincerely,
Dirk

It may be caused by having too many fonts in your fonts folder. Try deleting
one font at a time and check the dropdown list. When you've
deleted the "magic" last one, the list will suddenly reappear!

Thank you very much! :)

I deleted a number of fonts from my system (down to about
310), and this solved the problem.

Thanks,
Dirk
