databases with alerts

can some 1 please advice me if it is possible at the begining of every
working day for a management team to loan onto there website and be
alerted on which accounts have not payed there bill. they will have 30
days to do so after that it becomes a default on payment.#

not clear from your question whether an Access application is involved. If
you are using Access, it is certainly possible to create a form or report
that opens automatically, when the application is first opened, that reveals
unpaid and/or past due accounts.
