currently searching tutorials avaialble for Access2003, do you know of any
that may be a similar type of database to a car classified type database?

You can reach a number of Access 2003 on-line training courses by goint to
http://office.microsoft.com and following the Training link in the upper
left hand quadrant of the home page. As far as I know, none of them deal
with developing a particular type of database.
