The beauty of Access is that it is easy to create a custom application that
will do exactly what you need and/or want. I can't think of a specific
template that will do what you wish, but it shouldn't be difficult to either
convert (or add to) one of the sample apps or templates that comes with
Access, or write your own.

Yep for someone who knows how to do this .... I am a real novice at
databases, I was hoping that someone had something similar already set up....
I will keep looking around, If anybody can help it would be greatly
appreciated

Well, you can learn to do it, or hire it done - but it sounds like a
pretty specialized application. I doubt that anyone has a template
that is set up to do JUST what you want!
It is probably worth your time to learn to create something that will fill
your needs, or as John says, it may be better to hire someone if you don't
have the time or don't want to do it. We're here to give you a hand with
specific problems and questions if you need it. Start with the closest
template that you can find and work from there.
