Database Results Wizard Error

I am working on FrontPage 2003, trying to create an online form for SMSU in
Missouri. I need to connect the information submitted to a database. I did so
and I went to test the page. When I did this it submitted the infromation and
it even recorded to the database correctly. I also needed to check the
database editor page, but when I tried to edit my page I got and error
message.
"Database Results Wizard Error. The operation failed. If this continues,
please contact your server administrator."
Does anyone know why it does this?

Sounds more like a question for the Front Page newsgroup, but you might luck
out and get someone here who has run into it.
