Database Locked by Admin

I have a local database on my machine. I have been running some code testing
to test database and recorset connectivity. In the middle of the execution
the process crashed. I restarted Access and now the database is exclusively
by myself. How can I end this lock?
 
This is probably not a good time to ask you when you last did a backup of the
database?
 
Open the folder where the mdb is located, and look for a file with the same
name but a ldb extension.

Delete the ldb file. Open Access and go to Tools, Database Utilities,
Compact and Repair.
