Database Enhancement Request

The company I work for has several databases that are still in access '97. I
have access '07 on my computer and everytime i open one of these old
databases I get a window that asks me to enhance the database by updating it.

Is there any way to turn this off?

Unfortunately, unless your company upgrades you are stuck with the request.
