Database can't be opened by others

An Access database, split, some VBA error checking. Suddenly it
freezes when opened by users-either at the main switchboard, or on a
form load two layers in. When I open it as an admin, it works fine.
I'm curious if my newer computer (with multiple monitors) has changed
something about the file after I opened it on this machine? The
network settings seem to make sense and probably are not the issue.
When another user opened it on my machine it seemd to work and won't
work for them if they open it elsewhere.

hey... MDB is unreliable

you need to move to Access Data Projects

Probably a good idea to move to ADP, we're about half SQL-server
Crystal and half Access anyway- and most of the Access ones are linked
to SQL server dbases.
That doesn't solve the issue though- Can a computer make an access app
"Native" to itself which could somehow make it so that other computers
on older or different software versions can't open it?

well are you pointing to a mapped network drive that is not available
on the 2nd machine?

thanks
