You have something starting with Windows that needs that file and isn't
finding it. Go to Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes.
Look on the Startup tab for a likely culprit and uncheck the box. Apply
and OK out of there. Of course, it is always smart to be running a
current (post-2002 version using updated definitions) antivirus
program.
