data Validation Dependent List Error

I created a Data Validation Dependent List. In column A I have data
validation showing all of the departments in the company. Column B has data
validation with an Indirect function to show the positions based on the
department that the user selected in column A.

Things seemed to work fine, but now that i have the full list of departments
and positions I'm not able to view the positions for the department that is
being chosen from the drop down arrow. I can select a depart in column A but
I cant see any positions.

Please HELP!
