Data sheet view shows a subform

I have a form that when displayed in form view displays
the Main form and 5 sub forms perfectly.

Recently I went into the same form in Datasheet view (my
bosses prefered viewing method)and the information is no
longer available, All I can see is a sub form image under
the datasheet view for each of the records, the data was
previously viewable this way and now it is not.

Can any one help.
 
Do your subforms still have a reference linking them with the main form?
