Data lost

Hi there. I am running an Openap server and everytime I restart the server
all the saved data is lost (friends list, registered users and channels).
I checked that the files are not read only and they are ok.
Is there anyway I can correct this please?

Don't the HELL SHOUT AT ME AND TELL ME NOT TO DOUBLE POST. Who do you think
you are telling people what to do.
If you don't like it don't read it.
 
and getiing angry is the right way about getting help..... NOT!!!, it was a
friendly piece of advice, buy hey, im not the one asking for help , ha ha
ha!!!!
