Data loss is Access for Office XP

Hi

I run a network where all user's "my documents" are redirected to a mapped
"home" folder (H:\). This is the default save location.

Some users experience data loss in Access. That is, all database objects
(tables, forms, queries) are saved, but data entered into tables etc whilst
appearing to be entered, has gone the next time the user logs on and opens
the database.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to resolve it please?
