data form - allow only 1 input

Is there a way, with a data form, to allow the user to only input one record.

For instance, I have a macro that opens the data form, uses "SendKeys" statment to start a new record. It then relies on
the user to press Enter at the end of the record and then the close button to exit from the data form.

Is there a way for it to close after they've entered the last field?
