data file did not close

Whenever I come out of standby and then start Outlook 2007, I get a message
that "A datafile did not close properly last time it was used and is being
checked for problems". It almost a minute for Oulook to start.
Has anyone else seen this?

Found out elsewhere that Outlook 07 still has some performance issues. The
workaround is to close down Outlook at least ONE MINUTE before going into
standby or shutting down.

Just for the record, that workaround didn't do a thing for me. The problem
continues.
Does anyone have an answer?

Still no resolution to the problem. I'm not the only one that is
experiencing this.
Is going back to Outlook 2003 the only answer? When will there be a fix for
this?

I also am having this problem. Running outlook 2007, under XP pro. I
disabled all addd ins and antivirus. I am looking for a resolution to this.
