Data Execution Prevention Problem

Help! Eever since I installed the service pack 2 on my computer, I cannot get
into my control panel on my computer. Every time I try a message window pops
up the says that there is a data execution prevention and that windows
explorer is closing the program. Everything else on my computer is working
fine but I have no clue what to do about this situation. I would appreciate
any input or advice on how to resolve this matter. Thank you!!!!!
