Data Entry in a Report

Hi,

Is it possible to set up a report with parameters that allow data entry?
For instance a person could enter a note in the report while generating it?

If I understand you correctly, you want to add a comments field to your form.
When you create the field on your table, be sure to make it a Memo field.
