Data doesn't transfer FrontPage form to existing Access database

I am using FrontPage 2003 and Access 2003 from Office Professional 2003. I
successfully created a web page which includes a form to collect data. I am
able to send the collected data to my email, an htm file, and a cvs file
which I view with Excel. Using FrontPage, I successfully created an Access
database file. The Access file is present in my folders and it has the
correct field names. The problem occurs when I use the web page to submit
data. I get a confirmation page indicating that the data was submitted but
the data does not appear in the "Results" file of the database created. I
have checked troubleshooting and confirmed to the best of my ability that I
have set up the web page correctly. My system administrator says that the
server has the technologies for ASP code. How do I get the data from my web
page to the Access file?

Convert the database to Access 2000 format.

How do I convert the database to Access 2000 format?
Why is this necessary if I am using FrontPage 2003 and Access 2003?

Open the database in Access 2003 and select save in Access 2000. It has to do with the MDAC drivers
on the server.

If you have applied the Office 2003 update, then by default Access 2003 will create the database in
Access 2000 format, but I am not sure about the version when FP2003 creates the database

When I opened the database the window already indicated it was in Access 2000
format and there wasn't the option to save in Access 2000 format. I am
having my network administrator check to see if the most recent update to
Office 2003 has been applied.

Also have the Admin check to latest version of MDAC is installed with the patch for ODBC (Access
2000 driver).

Thank you for all of your information. It turns out that my network
administrator had not given me the necessary permissions to access the data
sent to the Access database file I created. When I duplicated my work in a
network profile that had permissions then it worked like a charm.
