Is it possible to create say a list of employees on sheet 2 that can be
selected on sheet one and once they are selected they are removed from sheet
2?

They would be selected through data consolidation. I have the template made
just cant get the names to subtract off the list once they are entered. Is
there a way i can upload the workbook for you to view?

You mean select from a Data Validation dropdown list?

Do you want to actually remove the selected name(s) from sheet2 or just
remove that name from the DV dropdown list?
