I have NO idea what a "premium bond record" is - an investment vehicle? a
music recording? race times? - and I'm not aware of any Access templates for
it (not that they might not exist but I don't know of any such). Could you
describe just what you want this database to do?

so, if you want to make a peace offering, why not say you'll stop

a) That you have some smidgen of self-control to keep from spouting
vitriol.
