data base for driving directions

I would like to create a data base containing customers addresses and driving
directions to their locations
 
For under $40, I'd rather buy a program like Microsoft Streets and Trips that
does the job for you. If you have a laptop, I'd spend the extra $100 to get
the version with GPS.
