Data Access Pages for users with Windows XP and Office 2000

I recently published data access pages on our shared drive. We encountered
problems when users who have Windows XP Pro and Office 2000 installed on
their computers tried to use their pages. They get the title, but not the
fields from the database. This is the only difference we can find. Everyone
else has no problem. No one but me has Access 2003 on their computers. What
can we do to get these folks on board?

Maybe installing the OWC for Office XP or 2003 will solve your problem:

We did try that and it did not help. Actually, the users with the problem
have Windows XP Pro and Office 2000. That combination is the only one that
cannot get the data access pages. We're hoping there might be a patch or
something available.
