I sure don't know where this came from, but the pay-pro.com web site seems
to be having problems. It is registered to a UK company so I will try
forwarding this to them.

The following is the rejection I received from the technical contact for the
domain name registration. I did not get a rejection for the admin contact or
from the hotmail account for dammeanchoi (kristinegera).

I am not asking for help with this; I am posting this relevant to my attempt
to notify whoever should be notified. I hope they get the message. I have
replaced email addresses with "removed".
