Damaged Vista Disk

Hi,
I have Vista home, unfortunately the baby got hold of it and has scratched it.
It still works, but I would like to know is it possible to burn a backup copy
of it.

That should work fine...

A few times I've had a music CD that skipped...due to scratches...
When I copied them the copies worked just fine...
