When manually removing McAfee, I came across a file
called c:\windows\accesmembre.dll and the dependency info
said that it was damaged. Should I worry or ignore? Can I
repair and if so, how? Thanks.

Searching google for "accesmembre.dll" provides links to various sources
which suggest that this file could be part of Dialer.Montil, a dialer
program that according to Symantec "can be used to access various Web
sites by dialing a high-cost phone number using the modem. The sites
that can be accessed are mostly pornographic."
