damage files Urgen please help

Hi all
word documentes where delete by the virus MyDoomF, after
I recovered and when I open the document I just see
garabage. What should I do to fix the damage work
document?...

On Word's File > Open dialog, select 'Recover text from any file' in the
Files of type list.

Don't you keep back-ups?

I did try the recovery option, but that did not work...
Unfortunatelly, I do not have a backup...
