daily reminder. virus?

I keep getting a daily reminder saying "this page can not
be displayed" It does not say what page and has no way to
get rid of it other than through the task manager. It
will generally restart about every 10 minutes. I do not
have to be online or have a browser open.

change your browsers home page, secondly it could have
put a file in your startup menu, check that
