Thanks Biff... I've also modified it to work for a few other columns.

It may work, but it certainly isn't the "right" way to write the formula. If
you want to refer to the cell in column B of the same row the formula is in,
you just use that row number, i.s. B20 if the formula is in row 20, B3 if the
formula is in row 3. Once you have the formula, if you copy it down, the row
number will automatically change so it's ALWAYS the same as the row containing
the formula.
