My computer does not recognize my D or E drives. I put in
a disk and the computer will not bring up the disk. I go
to my computer and click on E with disk in E and it says,
Please place a disk in E. What do I need to do?
Thank you

Hi Dan,

Just guessing, but D & E are CD/DVD drives, yes? See if this helps:

link to a patch that often resolves this problem
