Cyclic Redundancy Check Errors

I moved lots of downloaded files from one drive, to another the other day.
Now I'm trying to copy them back, but I keep getting the following error
message:

Error Copying File or Folder
Cannot copy xxxxxx.xxx : Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

I have a similar problem to this. Can anyone help? Just trying to moove a file from one hard disk to another, but I keep getting this error mseeage. WOuld appreciate your help.
