Looks fine to me. Is there something going wrong that caused you to question
this?

A number of spyware removal tools add a large list of hostnames to the hosts
file pointing to the localhost address, thereby preventing access to known
spyware/malware distribution websites and stopping known spyware which does
get onto your system from connecting back to the address where it would have
sent captured data.
