It has reports this

Found Hosts file: C:\WINDOWS\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (22355 bytes, A)
Shell Registry value: HKLM\..\WinLogon [Shell] Explorer.exe
UserInit Registry value: HKLM\..\WinLogon [UserInit]
C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,
Found Win.ini file: C:\WINDOWS\win.ini (88 bytes, A)
Found System.ini file: C:\WINDOWS\system.ini (368 bytes, A)

Does this look ok, do you think?

Thanks

Looks fine to me. Is there something going wrong that caused you to question
this?

HOSTS file is typically only 734 bytes.

A number of spyware removal tools add a large list of hostnames to the hosts
file pointing to the localhost address, thereby preventing access to known
spyware/malware distribution websites and stopping known spyware which does
get onto your system from connecting back to the address where it would have
sent captured data.

That depends entirely on what's put into it. Mine, for example,
is *much* larger.
