Cutting and Pasting from Word

Users are frustrated when they cut and paste data from a Word document to
Access because the em dash, smart quotes and a couple other things don't come
over correctly. Does anybody have suggestions as to how to get around this
problem? We are using Access 2003.

I can understand pasting to word from access, but I don't understand
how you can paste data to access. Where do you paste it?
