Cut & Paste Problems

This is driving me nuts.

I'm using a fresh install of XP home. After a variable
length of time the cut & paste function stops working and
I have to reboot to get it going again. Any suggestions?

What program are you using and what method of cut & paste? Are you using
keyboard shortcuts, menu items or the mouse?
 
We are having the same issue. Utilizing all types of
methods...doesn't matter...all of them crap on us. We can
be in word...jump over to excel and copy/paste...and
vice/versa, and have same issue.

The "clip board" seems to be the issue, but will not allow
you to select which item to paste.
