Cut & Paste Functions

Hello,

Please let me know if any method is there in excell 2000
for cutting a cell from one worksheet and pasting it
simultaneously onto other worksheets of the same workbook.

eg: Cell Address B24 in sheet 1 needs to be cut and pasted
onto 7 other sheets of the same workbook. Do I have to
select each sheet seperately and paste the data or is
there a seperate shotcut to this.

Murthy,

If it is the same cell on each of the 7 sheets, simply group the
sheets by Shift or Ctrl-clicking their tabs prior to selecting the
cell and pasting. If, for example, you wanted the cell to be pasted
at the bottom of different columns, then you would need a macro to do
that.
